How do I Purchase books and other publications from this website?
Users can purchase Books, Booklets, Manuals, Guides and other publications right here on the TSI PRODUCTS and SERVICES website and at the TSI STORE. Just add the publications of your choice to the shopping cart and proceed with the ordering process. When your purchase order is complete, you will be prompted to download your EPUBs, Paperbacks will be mailed to you at no cost!
What if i accidentally lose the page that contains the link to my purchase before downloading?
Your confirmation email includes your download link. If you cannot find your confirmation email, please check your spam folder. You may also contact TSI to request a new download link.
i downloaded my EPUB, but I cannot find it now.
If your EPUBS do not automatically open, you should be able to locate the file in the default download directory on your computer. All EPUBS are PDF files, and have the extension ".pdf."
Can I read epubs on all devices (phones, computers, etc.)?
Yes, you can either purchase and download your PDF - EPUB on your computer and then transfer it to your phone, or you can download your PDF - EPUB directly on your phone.
